Goals


1. Finish a Half Marathon in Under 2 Hours  (3.18.12)

2. Bench press 135 pounds for one rep (5.12.15)

3. Squat 185 pounds for one rep

4. Move to a random city for a year... like Nashville! :)

5. Get accepted into a doctorate of physical therapy program

6. Start my own business that combines my passion for movement and nutrition
