Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Yay! I PR'ed yesterday! That was unexpected... 1:53:58, so an 8:42 pace.

Now for a quick recipe. Don't forget to check out today's workout at the bottom! :)

This is so easy to make it can barely be considered a recipe, but it is basically a healthy version of chocolate tapioca. One of my friends showed me this and I thought it was a great way to add some chia seeds in my diet!

Chocolate Chia Pudding:

Ingredients:
1/2 c. Chocolate Hemp Milk (or almond milk)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Optional: whipped cream, cocoa nibs, or other various toppings

Directions:
Mix the chia seeds with the hemp milk and let sit for thirty minutes to an hour in the fridge. That's all. Then either eat it plain or add some toppings. Your choice.

I would like to do a quick product review for NutriBiotic's Vanilla Rice Protein. I give it a NEGATIVE ONE BILLION out of five stars. It is completely awful. It tastes like taking a handful of dirt and adding it to your delicious smoothies, granola bars, etc. I highly recommend not buying this. It is really that awful.

Ok, rant is over :) Now for today's lift.

  1. Aren't you getting fancy with your pictures! When I saw your photos I drooled and thought it looked divine. Then I read the ingredients and I am thinking it sounds a little too healthy for my sweet tooth. =) Beautiful photos, though! I love the teacup and saucer you have the pudding in.
